Made from 100% Botrytis affected Symphony Grapes. Hand harvested, 100% Lodi Appellation. I know of no other produced of Symphony Late Harvest that follows the French Sauterne style as we do. I am somewhat surprised to find that the Symphony grape is not used more in Late Harvest of Saurterne style wines. I believe that Baywood Cellars Late Harvest Symphony has all the qualities necessary to challenge the best that France has to offer. Compare with any French Saurterne at any price.
